Customer Relations
Core to RRT is customer service. RRT takes time to help work with the customer to find the most effective solution to their car issues even if that means doing nothing at all. If the a car is being serviced by RRT we will take the time to give it a quick look to ensure that there are no other issues. RRT spends time educating the customer and learning about their rides to build trusting, long-term relationships so that we will continue to hear, "I will never take my car any place else!"

Machine and Assembly Area
Based on our engineering background, we have full parts machining and fabrication capabilities in house. So if the part does not exist, RRT can make it on the spot. Although more often then not this is a rather expensive solution, it ensures that no shortcuts are taken in constructing a highly-customized car.
